General Shipping Policies
Standard shipping prices and policies are used as set by the United States Postal Service.
Items will ship within 5-7 business days except commissions and resin items.
All orders are packaged with care.
Some items, such as canvas paintings, require a little extra time & care to be ready to ship.
Shipping costs vary by weight & location.
Shipping is currently set up for the United States and to Canada.
To ship something internationally, please contact Robin directly for a quote.
All continental USA orders are shipped either USPS Priority or FedEx 2 day.
All orders include tracking information and insurance.
Tracking number will be provided once your item is ready to ship.
Orders are processed within 1-2 days after receiving payment
Please be aware that there may be shipping delays during busier times of the year, such as holidays.
Current shipping times may be delayed due to COVID.
Returns
There are no returns or refunds issued on custom made pieces. If there is a flaw or damage caused to your piece during shipping please reach out to bobbiebonita@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery to arrange resolvement.
Local Pickup
Local pickup for large abstracts and other pieces upon request are available with prior arrangement. Customers are able to schedule a date and time for pick up after placing your order. If you happen to need a rush order, contact Robin via bobbiebonita@gmail.com.
